Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-01
Summary
Document Bundler is sold as a monthly or annual subscription billed in advance. You can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. Refunds for the current paid period are handled as below.
Consumers — statutory cooling-off
If you signed up as a consumer (not in the course of a business, trade, or profession) you have 14 calendar days from the date of your first paid subscription start to cancel for a full refund under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided you have not yet used any paid features. If you have used paid features in that period, we may deduct a pro-rated amount.
Business customers
Business customers (almost all Document Bundler users) do not have a statutory cooling-off right. As a goodwill gesture we will consider a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current period if you ask within 14 days of the most recent charge. After 14 days we generally do not issue refunds, but please get in touch — we'd rather solve the underlying problem than turn you away.
How to request a refund
Email hello@documentbundler.com from the address on your account, with your most recent invoice number. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original card and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
Failed payments
If we cannot take a renewal payment we will retry it and email you. After a 7-day grace period your account will be downgraded to the Free plan automatically — your bundles remain accessible (the most recently edited stays editable; older bundles become read-only) and no further charges are taken.
Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your card issuer — most disputes are quicker to resolve directly. If a chargeback is opened we may be required by Stripe to suspend your account pending resolution.
